The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 没看懂时，几次因为男主为赎女主花的钱不值，几次因女主还离开他感到气愤到关掉。心想男主为什么还爱她啊！ 但这就是为什么人的爱如此脆弱。剧中男主的爱，映射着神爱我们的方式。神重金将我们从罪中赎回，以恒久忍耐，不强求的爱来爱我们，等着我们回转。所以非基督徒可能觉得男主的爱很不真实，世上哪有这么好的男主。这恰恰说明了世上任何一个人的爱，都不及神爱我们的万分之一。
救赎只能回到原点。边刷题边看却发现这片子深层的表达很到位，踩着鼓点，慢慢升高！
大体还是延续了上一部的风格和主要演员，2021年的故事更多，这些角色依然还是那么愚蠢和可笑，我最喜欢英国的那个傻妞。为什么片中没有提及美国的反亚裔问题？刘玉玲白出演了

片尾说着“体认到彼此都是真实的人类，花时间倾听”，通篇表现的却是把喊话对象想象成没有理性能力的乌合之众。阴阳怪气只能让同温层里的人爽过，过后还是各走各路。揶揄的是无知，而展现的却是傲慢。
整部电影为了宣扬宗教而不惜放弃了剧情的逻辑和人设的合理性，看的时候影院里的其他美国人在看到女主自己一次一次跑回去的时候都笑了。
