剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     看完就理解北美票房与口碑的不成正比。画面、对白、场景调度都可以窥见导演一贯的个人风格，可惜观众在大银幕上看这些形式大于内容的玩意真的不会有太多兴趣。本片还是留着给影评人和文艺中老年自嗨吧。严肃古装的时代已经结束了，还是看看隔壁超级英雄数钞票吧家人们。

    实在是失望，这么大制作下，摄影确实更加宏大、精致，但也更加空洞、无趣；剧本方面北欧版《王子复仇记》也没啥新鲜的，我期待的“女人的秘密”这个点最后还是处理的很tacky。对比同样打了三星的《绿衣骑士》，还是比这部强，果然A24才是真的牛。

    特别特别好的一部院线电影，导演对主流观众做了一小部份的妥协，但是仍然保持了极具个人风格化的镜头语言和摄影。剧情非常平铺直叙，如果导演拥有最后剪辑权的话可能会把每一个章节的故事剪的更细碎繁复一些。最后的决斗拍的太好了。it's OK you don't like the film, but at least you should appreciate it.
