The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 被海报耽误的国产悬疑佳作 （不要把海报和名字搞得跟恐怖片一样好不好？）
电影本身，拍摄很棒，故事一般（最大的悬疑点应该是队长这个处事风格和能力，怎么做到队长这个位置的，只会大吼大叫，尽管癌症，但也不至于这么折腾一个“无关紧要的“男主吧）。 说拍摄的好是因为场景逼真，那个时代小镇的故事，总是让人有一种舒服（无忧无虑，单纯朴实）但又不舒服（物是人非）的感觉。

故事还是小而平，故事不太完整，但是喜欢这部电影的感觉
取景，空镜，色调，视觉语言都让人舒服，导演&摄影有点东西，缺点在于剧情弱且细节少。知青，舞者，文工团...泛黄的岁月的灰尘，永远戳心的题材。我来了，时代却走了。
