During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 尽管那个年代宣传用途的电影说教意味从来都比较重并没有什么意料之外的东西，但这个4K修复加上色的质量还是值得去电影院感受一下。

去看舞剧前终于补完了经典电影版本。孙道临老师的李侠真的非常合适！向那些为我们的新生活付出生命的先辈们致敬！现在看此类电影时总是会忍不住泪如雨下，也许是真的开始成长起来了。
永远缅怀李白烈士；电报声的运用串联了银幕里的空间，其他表现手法其实中规中矩，但是李侠的人物形象是稳定的，也许也是因为他符合人们心中对共产主义革命者的想象。
突出“信仰”，坚强的意志；李侠，“文能提笔安天下，武能上马定乾坤”各方势力，不同的倾向，不同的任务和目的，用日常的身份作伪装，能看出对之后谍战剧的影响；与日本人跟汉奸斗智斗勇的剧情很精彩，到了后面就弱了些，剧情上略有bug，但瑕不掩瑜
永远是极具希望和浪漫的字眼。永远经典。听到奶奶的乡音热泪盈眶哇，再会阿。
爷爷是从那个年代过来的人，他一边看一边掉眼泪。
如坐针毡。明显不符合现代人审美的影片，何必费心思修复重映。
话说记得几年前看到孙道临主持节目，好像是个朗诵节目，直播，一上来三次忘词，结果那是最后一次见到他了……对自己的打击太大了……
