The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 一开始还挺真实，越往后越狗血，最后竟然成了一部狗血心情鸡汤般的温馨爱情合家欢。。。浪费了这个背景，也让这个题材变得相当低龄化了。
I love adventure/survival films. This film caught the very spirit of the challenge and both main characters portrayed the conflicting emotions and expectations of the experience brrilliantly.

比起剧集《北海鲸梦》，这部就差了好多呢，不管是剧情还是画面都逊色很多。但它展示了一种不安分的坚持。
也没有很喜剧啊，感觉现在看亚洲人变得很西化还是有点不习惯

同性恋真的很挑，这电影都只有6分。比所谓豆瓣神片《以你的名字呼唤我》强得多，这才是这个时代应该多拍的同影。

冲着杨伯文看的，没想到收获的是21世纪喜剧钙版傲慢与偏见。缺点和优点同样显著，一边疯狂叠梗一边自我吐槽，对流行文化和种族、性向、阶级差等进步叙事的拿捏像极了手法熟练但水平有限的同人产出，包括“其它人都是妖艳贱货只有我是白莲花”的梗俗到了极致。一切都不妨碍Fire Island成为很长时间以来让我笑得最开心的爱情喜剧，谢谢JKB毫无保留地、超大声地写出这个在酒池肉林中寻找真爱的老套故事。实现了我很久以来的一个猜想，Gay rom com真的可以这么拍，全世界通行的爱情套路可以经过再创作、摈除旧时代和异性恋霸权的糟粕之后完美套用在任何性向的关系上，让人心动的内核不会变，不管是女性向的腐剧还是男性向的gay romance。另外，钙版达西的演员实属我的茶！
我说为什么这么新潮的背景下故事架构有点老派，原来是改编的《傲慢与偏见》，可是主CP的化学反应不是太够，戏份也比较少，豪伊比诺亚的存在感都强，多加一颗星给这份大胆颠覆性旧戏新说的勇气。
