The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 非常有趣，有时候会短暂晃神是真人拍的，画风很贴切那个时代的美国。
林克莱特最后那一组平行剪辑，将登月事件和自己当下的半梦半醒串联起来，恍惚间参与了登月事件。站在当下回望过去，每个人确都有这样的时光。
不管视频是基于全部事实拍摄的也好，还是参杂了很多水分，或者是大家说为什么俄军六七年了也不去管，我只觉得如此残忍杀害自己同胞的是真正的杂种
看到奶奶带孙子孙女去看音乐之声竟然泪目，有点奇怪
拍的还挺有新意的，这种实验性动画其实值得提倡
导演的童年私人回忆和幻想，其实每个人在内心深处都会有类似的情感吧。

这种rotoscope的动画技术真实但又很诡异。结尾妈妈那句“how memory works”不要说就好了。总体就是一篇文章可以搞定的事情拍了一部电影。
非常有趣，帮观众回顾了美国上世纪的太空时代，那个最美好的时代。
四星：双线叙事，主题沉重，大部分场面都考验观影的心理承受力。战火开启了双方阵营无法调和的敌意与残暴，但每个人都必须作出自己的选择...
+，除缺少核心意义外，几乎用老套的报菜名流水账达到了月球漫步时父亲所说的“it looks super casual”的目的。
黎明日落午夜的话痨导演，这部很好看，有着青春片特有的阳光明媚的伤感，一个真伪不重要的故事，牵扯着一个美国的黄金年代，缠绕，发展，无边无际。

拍得还算不错，絮絮叨叨地带观众走入导演自己的少年时代。要说共鸣是难，却很容易代入自己的年少时光，陷入一些怀念之中。
画风还不错，关于导演对60年代缅怀的美国主旋律碎碎念就不那么好看了。
